Our fishmongers know fish and are at the Stonington fishing docks every morning buying local flounder, cod, scallops, clams, lobsters and more.Next we inspect and trim each fillet enabling us to manage the quality and freshness.

We buy our swordfish and whole salmon in small quantities getting daily deliveries that we cut to your order. In addition to our Nova Scotia , North Atlantic salmon, we offer the Natural Choice Black Pearl salmon which has the lowest PCB's of any salmon, wild or farm raised.
