It’s been said that “Buying fish is more challenging than cooking it.” At the Cove Fish Market our job is to minimize the buying challenge. We believe that cooking knowledge, enthusiasm and personalized service are our responsibility to our customers.

Our fishmongers know fish and are at the Stonington fishing docks every morning buying local flounder, cod, scallops, clams, lobsters and more.  Next we inspect and trim each fillet enabling us to manage the quality and freshness.

We buy our swordfish and whole salmon in small quantities getting daily deliveries that we cut to your order. In addition to our Nova Scotia , North Atlantic salmon, we offer the Natural Choice Black Pearl salmon which has the lowest PCB's of any salmon, wild or farm raised.
